Z41 twisty Tailcap making click sound

Out of my different Z41 tailcaps, I noticed that the one on my EDC 6PL makes a distinct click sound.



Any idea if this could become a problem in the future? Or is it just a sign of different levels of product quality?

All of mine make a click sound when the tailcap spring plate comes in contact with the body tube. Obviously the harder/faster I press it the louder the click.
