Did Surefire raise their prices on U2?

Perhaps I'm seeing things, but I thought that Surefire was advertising their U2 for $270..... but now I see that it's listed for $279???

Good thing I bought mine a couple of weeks ago... :naughty:

Yep, its up, along with most of their lights. It's the battery increase thats the big story: way up....40%

Wow, $270 or $279 doesn't matter, can't afford nor would want to pay that.

Mike over at OpticsHQ did say that SureFire increased their prices for 2006 on most of their lights and that the SF.U2 is up $9.00 Nine Dollars!
