is there any Luxeon lights that got an OD (outer diameter) of less than 18.5mm?

Cell types: AA or Protected RCR123, 1,2 or 3 cells.

Need it for a specific application, it would need to be quite cheap, have a runtime at 45min or more and brightness of a Lux1 or more.

why? just need a thinner version of the L1p? How thick is the l1p anyway? 2cm.. that's 20,0mm.. darn 1.5mm off. YOu know you'll never find a light that thin that takes cr123s cause they are 17.0mm and that leaves too little room for case wall thickness with any strength so I guess you're stuck with AA or AAA even.

:bumpit: bump means that he wants people to see it so he replies to his own thread to get the thread to go to the top of the list. bumping it to the top of the list (and bumping eveyone else down the list).

Your english is better than my German. Though I studied for four years and spent one summer there in Eggenfelden (SP) I've forgotten more through non-use than I would like.

I am certain that this light fits your requirement though the price is way out of your "cheap" description.
