Paypal Help

hi all,

I met this decent seller (with good ratings) on ebay.
We negotiated a deal for 23 hair clippers to be shipped to SIngapore.
This ain't no ebay purchase. I paypal'ed the fund and there was no news for 2 weeks. I lodged a complaint and PP held the payment. We negotiated to a settlement and the deal went through.

Now, the seller has gone MIA again, knowing very well I can't seek any further recourse as you can't dispute a closed case. $400 to the drain. Can any kind soul help me on this?

O yes, you got it... $400 might be a rough lesson, could have been worse though.
