Huntlight FT-01 - 2 Stage - Any Ideas?

I have a Huntlight FT-01 that I am delighted with. Would be even better if it had a low setting since it's a little too much on high sometimes (reading a map at night etc.).

Is there any easy way to get a low setting? Replacement tailcap? Anyone been successful?

Huntlight told me a while ago (when they first introduced the FT-01) that the tailcap can be disassembled and a resistor added to the tail switch circuit board to make a 2-stage. If you're familiar with how it's done in a Q3, Huntlight said it's the same way. Give it a try and let us know. I'd be interested to know if it works.

Would anyone happen to know how many lumens the U-bin FT-01 pushs out? The original was at around 64lumens according to Chevrofreak's number, is a typical for a U-bin to add 20 more lumens?
