You\'re Just A Diamond In The Rough

An interesting site.

Does anyone remember the Eternalight site that wasn't about flashlights?
Here's a novel idea that wasn't possible in the past.

What the hell??

I researched the site.....then went back and re-read it just to make sure that I read it correctly in the first place. Pardon me....I'm going to go back and read it again just to be sure.

Couldn't find any pricing on the site. The "PrePayment page" is "under construction".
My guess is that it would not be cheap!

The Public Radio channel did a piece on this yesterday. The cost to turn a loved one into a Diamond was stated to be $4,000-20,000. That is for 0.25-1.5 ct. They will also do a pet if you wish.

Each to their own...so to speak!

A cheaper option would simply involve putting the ashes in a plastic baggie and wearing them around your neck. Peter`s "designer" Arc baggies could be recycled for that purpose.

There could also be a whole new Arc product line to fill this apparent need. Peter...are you there? Hello...Peter?

Why don't you just have your loved one eat a regular diamond before they pass away. Then, once it has run it's "due course" through the body....you can....uh.....recycle it. That way, you can have your loved one pick a setting for it before the fateful day even arrives.

Do you get a bigger diamond if the deceased ate a lot of carats during their life ?

I heard they can make five or six gems from one body. I wonder if you can choose exactly which parts you want them each made from?
"Oh yes isn't it lovely? This was Herbert's left one, and this is his right one, and this big one in the middle..."

I'll never look at a bag of "Diamond Walnuts" the same way again...

There was a website called (no joke)

www.manbeef.com

Where you can purchase "the finest human beef available"

The site currently is down, but it was soooo real!
