Dumb M@g disassembly question

Dumb question here:

How do I get the guts out of a 2C m@g body? Are the black plastic plates threaded in?

There are photo illustrated step by step instructions on the removal of the switch assembly in this Mag Instruments document

Just make sure that the hex wrench is inserted deep enough to engage the set screw that is on the opposite side of the switch. (i.e. the hole that is on the switch is not the set screw.)
