Their logo is a vulture, so it is keeping with that theme. At least the minimags and solitaires are more reliable than the old standard 2AA metal and plastic penlight that uses the #222 bulb (aka Penlight from Hell). Metal tube w/push switch and pocket clip (not same) and plastic head.

I still have one of those. More of those were probably sold before the minimag hit the market. Then those things hit the garbage can very quickly.
