Just thought I would post some of my unhandy work.
From left to right:
Lite-Box: Made from a Radio shack parts, a film canister and a Terralux TLE-10 running on one AA battery.
E1e SuperFlood: E1e body and an old style L1 bezel with a bare LuxIII TWOH star direct driven from a CR123 battery. The star is moved right up next to the glass for maximum flood. It took me a whole summer last year using it an hour a night to use up one battery.
The Light I wish Surefire Built: L4 body, 2 stage tailcap and an L2 bezel with a LuxIII SYOL emitter. Direct driven from a Pila 168s battery. Low is good around the house, high is direct drive and really bright. Nice tight hotspot and a great flood. This is what the L4 should have been.
