Anyone know where a Surefire L6 could be purchased? When did they stop making them? I have had a huge urge to get one recently and cant seem to find one if decent shape.

They are discontinued since once the new Cree powered L5 comes out, the L6 will become obsolete in terms of output, runtime, and size. But the L6 looks cooler, that's why I had mine modded with a Cree =)

You can bid for it or use"buy it now" in www.ebay.com, some stores have it for sale.
I dont know why, but this is one of my favorite all time lights. Who does the cree mod? How many lumens are you putting out? I would seriously consider this. Is the beam every bit as good as the stock beam? My L6 has a absolutely flawless beam and I wouldnt want to risk losing this beam. Let me know, thanks

It's a nice mod, but I am still wondering which emitter will fit KL6 better, seoul or cree.
