Most likely a Luxeon but possibly a Cree or Seoul, I think that by fluorescent its talking about the GITD push button

Looks alot like a Rebel, definitely not a Cree or Seoul if their photos are accurate to the product. I believe Luxeon has some other LEDs that look similar to this as well though, so who knows...

You know, it may just be the rebel but the pictures are so bad it is hard to tell. It is ceartain that it is NOT a Lux 1 3 or V.

Get the Ultrafire B1 0.5W Luxeon LED Flashlight from DX today. My DC couldn't do a good micro photo, here's it:

The chip is very small and I think it's a Rebel. Maybe the LED is under-driven a lot, the tint is greenish. :ohgeez:

I believe they are correct in their description as the "white" LED phosphor coating fluoresces when turned on.

i bet you could make a really goot flood light with like 10 of these emitters spaced out a little.
considering their size should still be able to be pocketable

btw that looks a little diff from a rebel, seems to be missing the dome?
