PR-T head: how to unscrew it?

I just get a PR-T head, i want to change the driver and the led but i can't unscrew the head, it seems that some white things (glue?) is blocking, somebody have idea for how to unscrew it?

If this is an old McLux PR-T then you cannot get the head apart that i know of. It is all glued together. That was the HUGE downside to that design, but it led to the Aleph so all is not lost.. and the PR and PR-T were GREAT looking heads. I used to own several.
