I am looking for a cheap EDC, (since I have a habit of loosing things I keep in my pocket) that runs on rcr123a. I want multiple modes. I have been looking at these 3 all from ultrafire

Does anyone have these and can comment. Ive looked around but found nothing that compares these. The rebel looks interesting because I hear they have better color rendering than a q5. I want something that will look good when used outdoors. Im also open to other suggestions.

Dorcy 1 watt, it's less than $20. not sure about RCR, it's runs great on CR123s....drains batteries all the way down.

602C is good but you need rechargeable RCR123A for it.
If you want really cheap and good CR123A/RCR123A ligjt, Romisen RC-C3 is the best deal for $13 but it will be single mode twisty. It is also small enough to fit in the jeans coin pocket. You will be swapping the batteries pretty regularly as the runtime will not be great.

Lots of choices including: RC-C3, RC-N3, 8W Mini-CREE (3W), Ultrafire stainless steel WF-C6S, LumaPower LM33 & others. (See review by Bessiebenny.)

You have chosen 3 very good cheap lights. I've got all of them and between those 3 I'd go for the FMR1 side swithcher - awesome light and I think my only complaint is the side switch can be a bit slow to find if you are in a hurry. But the tail switch version of it is hard to turn on especially since the body is very slippery-smooth. The 602C is an extreme pocket rocket in the smallest of for factors in a switching 123 battery format. Small and incedibly bright but not quite as snazzy as the FMR1.
