Today is my birthday(no fooling) in a little while I will be at Lighthound. A choice will need to be made, the Tiablo A9 or Fenix TK10? Help me decide. I'll post pics when I get home.

He said only one, and he said no fooling around, I think he means it. Go with the TK10. I've looked and both and I think the TK10 is the way to go.

Youll be happy with either. Although....the Tk10 might be easier to afford later...
for better all round usage, and a foward clicky, go with the Tk10.
if you only want throw and not much of anything else, then the A9.

Thanks for the replies. I have owned a T1 before but wasn't happy with how it felt in hand but loved the UI. My only "big gun" is a M*g 2D with Terralux drop-in. I guess I'll have to wait till I get there. Whatever I get it is to hopefully hold me over till the U2 Invictus arrives.

Nice job!!!! I just received my T1 yesterday and am really wanting the A9 so I'll be curious to hear your thoughts on the comparison!

It's obvious that the Tiablo is way brighter and whiter. The fenix is a little pink. Very little and only when compared side by side. The Tiablo is larger but lighter. The Fenix is heavy for it's size. The real test for me is when I take them to work Thurs. night. I like th UI of the Fenix better. I think brighest should come first, then step it down if you need less. Both feel good in hand but the Fenix is the clear winner. It's heft ,size and anti-roll ring are perfect.

I had been wanting a Tiablo for awhile, but that black smooth HA of the Tk was calling. The knurling of the TK is a little rougher.
Bought both. Couldn't help myself.
dang, i already have a Tk10, but i may just need to get a black one!
