Dragon vs. Cree vs. Luxeon

I'm interested in the relative merits of the Golden/Diamond Dragon series of LEDs by Osram, the Cree and SSC packages using the EZ1000 die, and the Luxeon Rebel and K2. Looks like the Cree and SSC stuff is based on blue LED with yellow-centered phosphor, but if I had to guess (information is sparse) the Dragon series (Well, the golden dragon) is similar. I would have guessed a UV with RGB phosphor, since they're occasionally coveted in high-end custom lights, but that may just be "This is the only custom Dragon flashlight ever produced" speaking. Are they just known for unusually good CRI or something?
