Favorite Bible verses containing the word \"light\"?

A number of members have such verses as their sig lines. I thought it might be neat to start a thread. Pease include which version is being quoted. (NKJV, NIV, etc.)

I posted this in the Criag thread. I found it again using an old DOS program 2.6 meg. I could send it to you if you wanted it. Not GUI and not as fine as avusblue's link but very stable.

I like the part about walking as the children of the light.

Genesis
And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

John 1

Light was the first thing ever to be created!
God commanded, "Let there be light" - and light appeared (Gen 1 V 3 GNB)

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. Psalm 119:105

We had some of our AAA lights inscribed with the Turkish translation of the above verse and given to our congregation's team in Turkey. They are another tool in their arsenal (used as a conversational starter for example).

I particulary like this verse because it makes the point that God's Word is what should be used to guide my life.
