-The LX2 specs are 15 lumens low/120 lumens high.
-2-stage UI like the old L2
-Most likely the same 1.5 hour runtime on high like the other 120 lumen Surefires currently shipping.
-No ETA.

Will the next SUREFIRE LX series use the same optical system like E1L/E1B/L1 or they will come with reflectors this time ?

Well Surefire responded to my email and stated that it would begin shipping in June/July. Ugh. More waiting.
