My Arc LS rev2 went diving with me this weekend and got wet inside. The light still works fine but the optics are now clouded up quit noticeably. The battery compartment also had moisture in it (twisty 123) but just a few drops. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

How deep did you go?

Some of the older units leaked around the optics. The newer units are much more waterproof.

Which rev2 model do you have?

You may try to get the unit moderately warm by using a hair dryer - the water inside will evaporate after a while. Anyway - if it was saltwater (highly corrosive) you should talk to Peter about cleaning the light on the inside.

It is one of the first Rev 2 units and the deepest I went on that dive was 48'.

OK, those units aren't as good at taking the water as the newer units. Let us replace the unit for you free of charge. Please send it back to our factory.

Note to others: we also provide this same service to those who email us.
