Budget Lights from BestOfferbuy

I've been shopping form 4sevens, Deal extreme and ebay for new LED lights but somewhat disappointed with shipping time.

Does anyone tried BestOfferbuy.com for LED Flashlights?

Tried to Order one budget light yesterday and dont know what to expect. but they do have free shipping. :paypal:

I just ordered an MC-E light from them since Paypal sent me an email saying they'll ship for free and reimburse $20. Should be a little over $9 when I get the money back.
