This charger is a dedicated balance charger for up to 4 lithium batterys with an adjustable current up to 2a. It has 4 separate charging circuits that shut down once the battery in that circuit reaches termination voltage. This can be adjusted a bit with the pots as well as the balance This charger comes with a rather large fan that may not be needed for only 2a. output so its mostly a signal for when the charge is complete.
At 24.95 it's not cheap or versatile but it does a good job for what it's ment to do and there's no set up to start the charge.
