I'm currently running a 4sevens Preon 2 NW as my EDC light. Recently I've been thinking of upgrading to the ZL SC50w+ but was curious if anyone has any input on how the two lights compare.
I've read the review threads and am familiar with how the SC50w+ operates, this is the biggest draw I have for the light. Being able to have instant access to high and low from off is a huge improvement over the Preon 2. Output and throw of the two lights appear to be similar, based on Selfbuilt's lightbox measures. The additional levels of the Zebralight are another draw, extremely low lows are something I've missed.
What about the size differences, anyone have a picture of the SC50/51 compared to a AAA light or even just a AAA cell?
