I have a Jetbeam III Pro and have been thinking of getting either the Pro Ultra or the III M R5. I want more throw than the Pro but need to justify the additional money. How much more throw should I expect from either the Ultra or III M? I have been scouring the net but have not found anything conclusive. Does anyone/anywhere have any specific lux numbers on these 3 lights? I want to stay around the size of the Jetbeam Pro with the most throw and lumens, do I have any other choices for 18650 battery? I need to carry it in my pockets so cannot stand a big head size.
One of my biggest resistance to the III M is the UI. I love the 3 mode IBS on the Pro but the III M only has 2 modes, one fixed and one IBS. Is the III M going to get the infinite variable ring just like the coming rrt0?
