Been super happy with mine on 14500. Crazy bright for it's size, and the clip is reversible so you can attach it to the rim of a baseball hat like a head lamp.

TacticalHID sells an AA light that supports a 14500, think it's called the xeno cube.
I can't vouch for it as I don't own one

I can verify that the Xeno E03 can take a 14500 from TacticalHID.

The Ti Volere AA. I run mine on both AW´s black 750mAh and orange IMR 600mAh 14500 batteries. Works fine with both.

A follow up question might be:
Which lights that use the 14500 (or 18650) go into low or dim mode without activating the battery's protection circuit first?
14500 lights and batteries are awesome, but they suck when there is no warning and they shut off. As always, I carry a backup anyway, but it is still a bit irritating when the light just turns off with no warning.
