Help me with this G3

Can I install a LED in it and replace the P90? If I can is their another brand of bulb, or do I need a Surefire?

You could try a Malkoff M61L. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Yes a M61L, M61LL, M61WL, M61WLL or............even an M31L on 2xAA's instead of the 3xcr123's.

There are lots of dropins that would work, but the Malkoff is the go-to product. Top-flight customer care and always a good LED. If you install a brighter LED consider changing the head to an aluminum head for heat transfer.

If you are concerned about tint, remember that the higher the number the "cooler" or "bluer" the tint can be. These are 5000-10000k. Pretty cool. Other than that , they seem of reputable quality. Malkoff is a fantastic product. I have multiple.

I've been using a G3 body with the new KX4D head for a while now. Plenty of output for normal flashlight uses. Runs great on three primaries or 2x17500.
