I have been a surefire buyer since I started in law enforcement. I decided it was time to change my lights and started looking at the latest lines from SF. I was wanting an everyday light and a tactical light to replace my 9N and 10X.
After reading the many threads and comparing the infinitesimal number of lights, I have decided SF is a little behind the curve and is over priced compared to other comparable lights. If I'm misinformed about this, please tell me.
So.....
I want a two new lights. One needs to be an everyday light that I can wear on my rig. The second needs to be a high output light that I can use for open area searches and tactical advantage.
I'm leaning towards the Fenix PD32 and TK35 to fill those needs (rechargeable is nice, but not a deal killer). I'm open to suggestions if anyone wants to pipe in, I'm just not familiar enough with these other brands to make an educated decision.
