I just got it a few days ago so haven't spent much time with it but here are some pictures. Certainly very bright and appears well built. No memory mode so always starts on high, Constant output, haven't done a run time yet.

Mine is still in the mail from BJ, but should be here Tuesday. Then I'll have something to compare my new Thrunite TN30 XM L2 against.
How do you like it? Do you think having only 3 modes limits it?

I have a TN30 but in NW, Jetbeam definitively is brighter. Both seem to use the same reflector if that is possible. I don't think 3 modes is a disadvantage, it is just a simple light to use and anyway depending on my needs I have 20 other lights I can choose from.

Will try to see how I can resize my pictures and post more, those I had on here were the default setting.

Hey there Mar - Many thanks for posting! I'm looking at this light also and have a TN30. How's the size compare? You also say brighter - are we talking about considerably brighter or just slightly? The UI also does look nice - just wondering if it can take hi for longer than 10 min. at a time... Many thanks RC

As i said my TN30 is the Neutral White version, rated 2780 lumen, totally different shade of light. The DDR30 out throws it, practically the same coverage for flood and I would say much brighter. It also has constant current so as long as batteries have power it should stay on hi for 2 hrs or so the specs say.

The bodies are same width for both light, both tail stand.

Tried reducing picture size, hope this works.

This is perfect! Many thanks for the feedback - I have the cool white version which i'm guessing would be closer to the DDR30. Nonetheless - I like having a switch in this form, so I'll probably wind up going for the DDR30 quite soon. Having it be a little shorter won't hurt either. Many thanks for taking the time to send!!

The holster of the 4Seven S18 fits the light perfectly as one does not come with the light. Pretty certain the TM15 holster would also work just fine.

I just received mine yesterday and I love it except for the fact that it has no memory function. To always turn on a light this bright at full brightness is annoying, especially when you have to hold for 2 seconds for constant on. I love the spacing of each level. 3 levels is fine for me. Very simple interface, easy to use, awesomely bright and I love beam profile and ratio of flood to throw. And I found it for $200 shipped so it was cheaper than my RRT3! It would be my favorite light if not for the lack of the memory function.
