Since nobody has started a thread about these since I first saw them 3 weeks ago I'll start one.

UI seems interesting to me. I really like the design of the JC10: Nice deep carry clip, grey anodizing, optics on the side and a magnet in the tail. Wish it would come with NW LED. Bummer: working voltage is only up to 3,2V (on the JA10 as well, why?)

Niteye and also Jetbeam have become very unpopular.

Who still cares about their company? It's the SAME company as we know. Producing 2 labels. Lol.

So what? I don't care about the company, either. But if a light is interesting why shouldn't I try it? Nitecore and Jetbeam were both two labels from Sysmax. Nobody cared at that time.
At the moment Jetbeam isn't allowed to legally sell their lights in europe, that's why they have a second label which is Niteye. There are PLENTY of companies out there that have multiple labels so that argument is really silly.

I saw these lights a few weeks ago too, and was surprised there wasn't any comment on them - until, like the OP, I noticed the 3.2v operating voltage. Mind you, Niteye originally had a similar voltage limit for their Eye10 light, but many people were happy to use 18350 cells carefully with that light, and over time the spec changed to 4.2v.

For these, though, I think I'll pass.
