A D36 with XML 6500k 3 amp KD Driver

This was a module purchased from Nailbender awhile back.

I modded it from an sst50 2.8 amp to:

XML 6500K 3 amp 3 mode L/M/H No memory

LED only looks off center because of the angle of the pic.

Very clean and nice tailstands! Did you machine those yourself?

Do you have a picture showing the boot with the tailstand?

How does the D36 hotspot and spill compare to a normal P60 (D26) dropin? I've been toying with the idea of getting an M3 with a D36 dropin but I was just never sure if there was any advantage to a P60 setup.

The hotspot is smaller than P60 drop-in. So that's the added benefit vs P60. It is a 36mm reflector vs 26mm

Hi,

The D36 has a tighter hotspot giving it more throw than a D26.

What is the input voltage range on that drop in?

Voltage support: 2.5V-4.5V
