Well, from what I understand, it *is* regulated, but it's only "digitally" regulated if you have the right definition of "digital".

Was watching the movie "Atomic Train" and was wondering if the regulation circuits used in the surefire flashlights would be susceptible to EMP damage. Anyone knows the answer?
