Anyone else having issues with PayPal today? It seems to be hit and miss while attempting to logon and send funds.

I'm still getting an "Unexpected PayPal server error: 4006 " when attempting to send $$$.

I was finally able to sneak a transaction thru before it starting screwing up again.
I haven't been able to get a transaction completed yet today, I keep getting various errors at different stages of the process. I guess it will have to wait until tomorrow.

The message I got was something about upgrading the available bandwidth.
After logging on, it didn't give me any more problems?
