For those of you who have experience with the two and three cell Surefires; I've often wondered about the output of P90 LA vs. the P60/61. Is the P90 hotspot the same size as the P60's only brighter, or is it larger like the P61? Then how does the P91 fit into the picture? Larger still or same size hotspot as the P90 with more throw?

Thanks,
Ken

From the same size (perhaps even the same) reflector, the higher lumen output lamps will produce larger central beams with brighter surround beam.

The high output lamp assembles do not tend to increase the intensity significantly - the central beams are larger.

I hope this helps?

That site is awesome! I get to see what the output of a 9P with a HOLA is before I buy it! Great!
