Elektrolumens is selling these right now. He will resistor them for use with rechargeable batteries if you email him before you order and for free. But, he only has a few left. 120 Lumens of led light for $20 more than a lightwave 4000 or around that.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Acutally, the 5D cell Mag is for alkalines. If you want to use rechargables, a 6D is needed, and some resistance is also needed to keep the current down. I do not have any more 6D flashlights, but would need to order them. I do have 1 more 5D left. I doubt I'd get to it before next year, as I plan on taking off the last few weeks of this year for vacation.
