Bought my headlamp today!

The band on my Petzel was losing it's ability to retain a bit of stretch, so my son inherited it, he loves it! What 2 year old wouldn't want a micro?
I picked up a cheap energizer, 2 white led's or 1 red led.. Had it on since I bought it.. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I've seen those at Wally World. How do you like it. What is the beam like? Is the red led usefull? Details please!

The beam is fine, the two white LED's come together to make one very white primary circle. I can easily navigate around a dark room with plenty of side spill.
The red is not quite as bright, being a single LED. I can manuver around fine, the red is going to take a while to get used to for me.
It fits great, very comfortable and light. I can see this being very usefull for close up work like fishing, reading and things like that.
I would not hesitate to use it work my way throught the bush.
