What would you choose for a car light?

I'm looking for something I can keep in my car. I want it to be rechargeable, no bigger than 13" in length, able to keep plugged in without fear of damage, and not too terribly expensive *$100* or there about. So I'm looking at Streamlight's SL-20X and Maglite's Magcharger. Any other's I should consider?

Inova T4? If you want a LED that is. Just thought it would round out the selection of choices. Both the Streamlight and Magcharger are both powerful incandescents.

For a compact high output rechargeable, the Streamlight Strion is great. Minimag size, but 2x the output of a big 3D Mag, plus better throw:
