It's charged when you get it. Lithium Ions are good for
500-1000 power cycles.
I just got my nw V6 in today! I don't have the CW version to compare the NW, as the CW was a gift for a coworker, but I did compare it to my reference 5600k N219 light, which is slighlty on the magenta side and has a gorgeous sunlike tint.
The NW V6 is warmer, but not by much. My guess is it's
5000-5200 kelvin cct. It's a nice white! Neither cold or warm. Probably about as neutral as you can get. Doesn't look greenish either.
