i would really like to have a flashlight with a great throw.

Help please !

How much are you willing to spend and what are the intentions of the light?A malkoff m60 and a malkoff 3d-6d dropin comes to mind on a short list.

280 usd max, btw the malkoff is only 235 lumens?

Size : no more than 9 1/2¨ long
Output : 380 lumens or more ( looking for good throw)
Runtime 60 minutes at least

More lumen doesn't always equate to more throw.

A laser pointer doesn't have a lot of lumen but since it is so focused, it can throw well.

One of the best throwing Stock LED lights is the Dereelight DBS. Depending on how dark it is, the DBS should be usable to 200 meters.

Review.

A high power incan would make things seem more natural and can be brighter then LEDs, but then runtime becomes a problem in smaller lights.

How much throw?

The Tiablo a8 comes to mind as well as the Dereelight dbs,Malkoff has 2 others that might intrest you, go to malkoffdevices.com to check it out,gl.

i really want something better than my inova t4 .. i cant reach far distances with this light with 175 lumens, so hard desicion .. what about the lights i mentioned?

what about the Tiablo A9S Q5 Bin Cree LED Flashlight ? does anybody has some info of it ?? what about a beam picture?

The lights you mentioned should work, but they will have more of a medium beam then a throwy beam. I think the Dereelight DBS will out throw the Thunder/Storm.

The beam pattern has a lot to do with throw. Lumen is overall output. A 10 lumen light with the right beam pattern can out throw a 100 lumen light.

For $280, you might be able to get a HID.

I just took a look at that DereeLight DBS 2SD flashlight, it seems to be a great light with a interesting price, i think it will be the best choice compared to my Inova T4
I still have a question .. can i use a rechargable battery with it?
If so where can i find a charger and a rechargable battery for this light?
CR123A batteries in my country are for 6 $usd each one
I was considering this charger and battery, are the correct ones?
