Does it matter if its USB rechargeable, any reason for that or can it not just be a rechargeable light(open your options up a lot). You have not mentioned budget so presume its as simple as the question, highest output regardless. Highest i presume you mean output that is!...................if right check the rc40vn40 out, is 40k enough output
