    what are the warning signs if the IR filter gets out of place in an NON-MODED green laser pointer?i have one that i dont want to mod it,so if the IR filter unglue,how i will know?

    hi all,i just plugged another battery "LR44" type to a keychain laser.It has 4 batterys now instead of the regular 3 and it is working producing a bright dot.my question is,how long it will work?am i destroying the diode?or it will work normally?

    Re: amperes well i just f...up a keychain laserpointer right now...i plugged a ac/dc adaptor with 4.5 volts /600 ma and the laserpointer start dimming and past away silently...GOD bless is diode!So i started the autopsy and im asking WHY?if a keychain laises at 4.5 volts,what went wrong?Funeral...

    i plugged 3 "AAA" batterys to a keychain laserpointer but the laser dont work with those "AAA" batterys,BUT when i put the original LR44 batterys its starts working normaly...what went wrong?or what is wrong here?Its the same 4.5 volts isnt it?thanks

    a very serious question...

    sadly its red my friends...here in Portugal is very difficult to find green laser pointers (130 Euros or (more or less) 160 US dolar)

    I have a keychain laser that uses 3 lr44 batterys but its working with a ac/dc adaptor (regulated) and its output is 3 volts at 600 ma...is it too much ampers for a laser that should run at 4.5 volts?it is running for several weeks.My question is:for a keychain laser,what is the correct ac/adaptor?
