I am trying to make my own 6P drop in, with max efficiency, throw and Lumen output as high priorities.
Heres the reflector:

I'm thinking about this driver...

Its one of the few I have found that will drive the Q5 near 1A using a pair of 3.7V RCR123s.
Does anyone have first hand experience with this driver?
How difficult is it to re-solder and configure it for 950mA?
Can it drive currents higher than that?
Will these drivers with 8.4Volts from 2xRCR123?
