After seeing mds82's ryobi lights...I just had to convert mine.

So......I......
Hollowed out the head
Cut out an aluminum disc and mounted to heaksink using 4 screws.
Used some arctic silver in between.
Glued on the emitters with some elmers glue.....Thats what you're supposed to use right???
While I was gluing them down I used a sku1915 reflector to line them up
Wired it up....used a 3023 1 amp buck puck
Drilled some air holes
Glue on the original lens with epoxy and clear silicone to hold the reflector on.
No beam shots yet....sorry
This light really doesn't need a fan but I like other people reactions to it.
I might wire up a blue led in the back to make it look sweet at night:laughing:
