I am aware of Malkoff M60, like its 235 lumens but wonder if there is anything about twice as bright, at 300-400 lumens. LED naturally.

Looking at the FAQ, nothing really stands out. I see there are Deerelight modules claiming 260 lumens but first, I won't see any difference, and second, is it a real number or just a paper figure.

Only interested in LED modules but do I have to go to incan to realize a significant lumens gain?

Want to modify either Leef 2x18650 body or FiveMega 2x18650 body, pictured left to right.

Don't think you'll see much difference between 180/230/260. The next big jump up will probably be a P7 or MC-E driven "gently" to avoid being too hard on the cells. Even so it would still have to draw more current so runtime would suffer a bit.

CPFer DocD makes a D26 dropin that uses a P7 emitter.
Give him a PM
