Declaration of continued commitment to the test. I messaged you over Facebook a couple months ago, Guy, I believe it was.

The HF is amazing, I really should stop buying them but I don't want to! The hex tail does get turned on in my pants, but I'm figuring out how to avoid that.

Hi darkangel,

Thanks darkangel,

Bigger pants perhaps :D

I just received notice the pre-production PCB was finally completed at the electronics lab so it will be heading to the workshop for assembly and hoping it lands at my doorstep about end of next week.
As long as their are no critical surprises, I don't plan on waiting any longer to start the X-run production.

Thank you to everybody for your patience.

Can't wait. I have other lights. This will be a nice treat in AAA size.

Thanks gunga,

To be perfectly honest, me too :D
It's mainly the UI that has been giving me the most head-spin so I really want to get the X-run done, and in yours and everybody's hands for some feedback to determine the final destiny of the production Torpedo.

It's especially cool because the rotary ui is my favorite. I have it in AA and Cr123 but not in AAA. It will be fun to participate in the final design.

Ahh, thanks Reijer ;)

The Lab sent me their test report today and at least on paper things look good.
Now just need to wait for assembly and that package to arrive.

Lol!.... I don't know what it is either, I was just in the mood to be first at something
Plus it never hurts to have something really hot in your pocket!
I'll never admit it's only AAA size though!

Those were the good ol days when HID First made its debut ... Good to hear from you BVH!

If this little light produces like we hope it will, it too will make a nice conversation piece!

I really hope these will come in stainless. I just found I lost my beloved preon revo that was my keychain Edc.

:(

I'd like to replace it with a stainless torpedo. I guess I'll need two!
