A light with soul

I took this pick with my cellphone from the roof of the building I work in. I'm only a couple of blocks from the WTC and the light appears to bend directly over head when within a few blocks from it. Where the beam went into the clouds it made a beautiful glow, kind of like the ultimate ceiling bounce. I just couldn't get it to come out good with my cellphone.

Anyways here it is, the most beautiful blue tint light I ever saw...
