Snowed for the first time this year in the UK today! (Where i live anyway..)

Heavy snow m8.0 inch, reported by trained spotter.
2.5 inches of snow between 7am and noon EDT. Storm total is 8.9.

Guess who lives in the lake effect snow belt next to Lake Michigan.

We actually had a few flurries in the air yesterday. That always causes some excitement around here. Hopefully we'll see some more this winter.

No snow hear yet but it was a bit overcast today and cooler.

I observed at a local school this week, and one of the gym teachers took the kids outside to play two-hand touch. He called it "The Snowbowl," and the boys absolutely loved it. Flakes coming down everywhere, not sticking, but making a beautiful backdrop.
