Anybody else here suffer(ed) from panic attacks?

Thanks for the kind words Bill. It came on suddenly, I keep hoping it will leave the same way. Yesterday I did go for a run, a fairly gentle run compared to how I have beat myself in the past. I'm ok, physically so hopefully the doctor wouldn't object. I can't really say I felt better afterwards but hopefully the effects will be cumulative.

Actually when you first start exercising you will feel worse. Sometimes much worse as your body adjusts. Give it a week or two and you should start feeling better.
