anyone know of a 1AA, PR-based host for cheap?

I'm looking for a 1AA host that will accept a PR-based lamp, anyone know of such a light for a good price? so far all the light I found that will accept PR based lamps only comes in 2AA at the smallest.

I don't think I've ever seen one. I don't know of any PR bulbs that run on such low voltage. There are some 1aa lights that use the #112/222 screw base bulbs, if that helps.

You could try cutting a plastic 2xAA PR type flashlight down to 1xAA length (or shorter) yourself, something like this...

I have a superbrightleds PR2-W1-WVR LED FlashLight bulb in a skinny Dorcy AAA. I had to file down the flange of the bulb a bit to get the bulb to fit into the 'bezel' of the light.
