Best Rechargeable CR123A's?

I tried to search for this, but all I found were abunch of threads talking about FL's that use CR123A's.

I just ordered the Fenix P1D Q5 CE, and two other CR123A CREE Q4 FL's from DX. What rechargeable would best drive these FL's?

- 3.7v?
- 3.0v?
- Protected?
- Unprotected?
- Li-on?
- Ni-Mh?

Also what would be the best charger?

- Quick Charger?
- 8+ Hour Charger?

I don't think you will want to run the Fenix with RCR 123's. It has a tendency to run hot with rechargeables unless you go with 3.0V rechargeables.

Tonight I just sent in my order for 4 R123's, 2 18650's and the charger w/optional 12V cord. His batteries have a big following here due to their extra protection and longevity. I'm eager to try them out.
