Best small HID?

What's the best small HID light? By "small," I mean roughly flashlight proportions, maybe 2" to 3" in diameter and 10" or so long. I'm not interested in the handheld spotlight format, rather something that could be carried conveniently in a belt pouch.

Features I value: quick start, hot restart, reasonable color, reliable.

I would be interested in a custom light if anyone makes/sells what I want.

Wolf Eyes 10W CR123 Boxer? About 2D Mag size, but a much larger bezel. Kinda blueish, but a very good light.

well i'd be the first to recomend a mac's mini or any of the wolfeyes family. If you want belt pouch fitment you wont be looking at much more than a 10w hid.

Although the wrong part of the forum have you considered a 1D aspherical mag with a cree LED if its throw your after one of these is *nearly* as good as the throw from a 10w hid light

Well I would get K-3500r. I meets your dimensions, and is way brighter
than any 10 watt hid. I'm not sure about the belt pouch, because of
weight. My best guess is that it weighs about 3 lbs.

I just put that thing on a scale, it is only 845g, or 1.86lbs.
