blinder switch
Newly Enlightened
Hello everyone:wave:. This is the first test:thumbsup: that I have done so far with my little set up. The AR - 15's are Bushmaster 16 inch carbines. The lights are SureFire 9P's, all stock except for the 2 BOG 3 watt cree LED's. Actually these pics don't really do justice as for their throw, or tightly concentrated beam. I have had them for a few weeks now, so I have been very impressed on their beam pattern, length and overall performance. I have fired the P91 and P90 SF incandescent bulbs and they did not break on a little 5 round test each. Yet, I understand that having the LED's is the way to go for firing these weapons. More tests coming in the future, like a 30 or 40 round mag unloaded with 1 of my set ups:devil:. That test and any others will be at my web site www.50magnum.com I would say 150 to 170 lumens, that which is claimed, is a pretty good range. Single and dual blinder switchs. What do you guys and or gals think about the close up views? IMO I think they suck, as they just don't show the massive throw.
