I've got the latest Mozilla browser as well as the latest FireFox but every time I try to sign up for paypal from my ebay account it won't complete the sign up process.
Let me explain:

I'm in my ebay, click sign up for PayPal, get tranferred to the Paypal area where most of my details and info is already filled in by ebay, all I need to do it make up a password, check the "I agree to terms" box and then enter the 6 letter number security code symbols at bottom of page.

Every time I try it, with either browser, with all cookies and security settings lowered to normal, the PayPal screen comes back with an "incomplete error" at the top in yellow field area and says enter the 6 letter number code again. Over and over I have tried, over a period of several days. Both browsers AND with different new passwords. It's not like I happened to choose a password already in use. What's going on? I tried listening to the code but have to get Quicktime plugin for that. Entering the code as it appears, case sensitive etc.,

OK. So I'm about to download and install Internet Explorer I'm so desperate to get PayPal! Help!

:hairpull::eeksign::stupid:

try using IE or get IE Tab for firefox. Sheesh, not everything works all the time with firefox.. it's the price you pay ($0) for tabbed browsing and popup freedom. You aren't using a mac are you?

No I am not on a mac. I'll just have to get IE that's all. I'd really rather not though :whistle:
It has been so many years since I last used IE.

Not running anything like that. I tied changing firewall settings just in case.
But why would Paypal be different, I've signed up on ebay itself, forums etc,. etc with mozilla over the years. Why a problem now, and ONLY with paypal site?
